Providing safety leadership is a fundamental part of our commitment and we will require individual accountability from each and every member of the MTM Electrical Corporation Team. We are committed to being a leader in safety training and keeping our employees informed about the safety of our work as well as all safety policies, procedures, current safety issues, rules and regulations.

Provide ongoing training to our employees to continually educate them on how to comply with our policies as well as promote a culture of continuous improvement and commitment to safety and training.

Regularly review and evaluate our safety and health programs, policies, procedures and training to assure they are effective and up to date.

Assure timely and thorough investigation and reporting of all incidents no matter how minor to identify the root cause and establish effective corrective actions.
